The Foresight Solar & Technology VCT Ordinary Share class aimed to provide long-term tax-free returns to investors through a combination of dividend yield and capital growth, by investing primarily in smaller unquoted companies that generate electricity from solar power systems. Subsequent to the sale of its portfolio in February 2023 and the return of capital to investors, the remaining assets were merged with the FWT Shares in July 2023.
